Eyeball #2: Found on the rock table after going up the stairs during PATH A.
Eyeball #3: During PATH B, after coming out of the office flashback on the chair next to the desk.
Eyeball #4: Found during PATH B, as soon as the camera flips upside down, on a chair next to the bar.
Eyeball #5: During the upside down section of PATH B, in the corner next to the stairs you go up to end the level.
