To get the "Case Closed: Horadori Institute Holding Cell" trophy / achievement you will have to clear the VR section perfectly in chapter 3 Mizuki.
Here are the steps you have to take.
❗Make sure you DO NOT select anything else since you will not get the trophy / achievement.
Step 1: First turn the lights on by activating the switch behind you.
Step 2: Now activate the hidden switch on the wall to the right of the other door.
Step 3: Next, examine the tooth on the floor.
Step 4: Finally, activate the foot switch below the door next to the tooth.
