To get the "Case Closed: Mystery at Yoyagi" trophy / achievement you will have to clear the VR section perfectly in chapter 2 Mizuki.
Here are the steps you have to take.
❗Make sure you DO NOT select anything else since you will not get the trophy / achievement.
Step 1. Type "ALFREE" as the answer to the letters & arrows puzzle.
Step 2. Examine the vending machine.
Step 3. Examine the vending machine again and choose "HIT MACHINE WITH PIPE".
Once the investigation ends you will get the trophy / achievement. 🏆
