To finish the "Collect The Halos Hidden In The Giant Lantern" bewitchment challenge in chapter 3 you will have to advance up the first hill on the right in the area you start to get to the place where you meet Luka for the first time. Here you will see an arch with a lantern. Just hit the lantern to get the halos and finish the bewitchment challenge.
