To get the “Remembrance” trophy, you will first have to reach the post-game (chapter 13). Then, finish the “Lost Lullabies” detour in Cipal.
Once you finish the detour, return to Cipal and go to the “?” above the archives. Here pick all 4 options to get the “Remembrance” trophy.
