There are 3 Luxurious chests that can be found in Sumeru City. Here are the locations.
Luxurious Chest #1.
From the bottom teleporter. Enter the main building in front of you. Once inside, go through the first room and in to the 2nd. Here go right and drop down below the stairs to find the chest.
Luxurious Chest #2. From the west teleporter, go up the ramp a little and glid off the left. Then look right to find a luxurious chest on a tree branch.
Luxurious Chest #3. At the very top of the city you will see a gold, white & green building. Climb up the outside of the front of the building and get on the top branch to the left. Then continue walking up the tree branch until you see a luxurious chest at the end.
