God Of War Ragnarok The Oarsmen Nornir Chest Solution
The chest can be found in the first room, however you will not be able to open it until you make your way around, move the chain and open the gate that joins back up with the first room. Once you have done that, use a sonic (green) arrow to break the barrier on your left just before the gate that takes you back to the first room. You will now have to hit all bells in quick succession.
First hit the one next to the gateway, then hit the other one in the first room and finally hit the one on the other side of the gate from where you are (next to the second bell) through the hole where the barrier was.
