You will be able to accept the “Cache In The Castle” side quest in The Astronomy Wing by talking to Arthur after finishing the “Welcome To Hogsmeade” story quest.

You will now have to follow the clues on the Treasure Map. First, head down the stairs past the Animal bones until you get to a double door at the very bottom.

Go through the doors to come out to the courtyard. Here go left past the statue and through another double door.

In this room, head up the stairs until you see a painting on the wall. Use accio to get the trasure.

Return to Arthur to finish the side quest.
