To get the Legendary Pokemon Raikou, follow these steps.
First, talk to Snacksworth at the Entrance of the Indigo Disk after finishing the DLC’s main story. He will then ask you to finish BBQ Quests in exchange for legendary Pokemon treats (the order will be random). Eventually, he will give you the Raikou Treat.
Once you have the treat, you can find Raikou near the top of the mountain to the south-west of Asado Desert in the Paldea region.
