Saint-Cloud

Charleville 1789 Shield Musket. In the chest after defeating the first boss (Unstable Lancer).

Nemesis Claws. Once you get to the "The Lantern" area. Head up the stairs to your right, here you will see a tower made out of wooden platforms. The chest below contains the weapon.

Falchion & Sabre. From the first vestal in the "The Forest" area. Go straight down the path until you see a well. At the well go left and down the hill where you will see a small building. The weapon is in the chest in the barn.

Romas Partisan. (ONLY AFTER OBTAINING THE GRAPPLING HOOK & THE DASH). Use the fast travel option at the carriage to go back to Saint-Cloud. Then from the carriage, cross the wooden bridge with the dash ability. Here look for a hole in the ground the right of the building with a barn beside it. Go down the hole and come out the other side by using the grappling point. Once out the other side you will find the chest with the weapon in it beside a house.

Les Invalides

Fire Chain. In “Gross Caillou” you will have to go around a church through a graveyard. As soon as you leave the graveyard go left to find a ball & chain enemy in front of the main entrance of the church. The chest next to this enemy has the weapon in it.

Wheel Of Vengeance. In the "Factory Port" area, where you have to do some platforming to get up to a wooden catwalk with an enemy on it. As soon as you reach the catwalk go left in to the small building at the end. Inside go down 2 floors to find the chest with the weapon in it.

Fire And Ice. On your second visit to the "Les Invalides" region (where the main quest takes you back), from the fast travel point, grapple on to the balcony. to get over the wall. Now continue down this path until you come across a vestal. From the vestal head through the golden gates and in to the building straight ahead to find the chest inside (YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE STARTED THE “ORIGINS” SIDE QUEST TO OPEN THE GATE).

The Tuileries

Leda Halberg. After the 3rd vestal, head up the stairs and go through the little arch to the right of the building. The weapon will be in the chest in this garden.

Nemesis Fans. After talking to Mirabeau (main quest) go back to the 3rd vestal and use the key he gives you on the golden gate. Continue on this path until you go through a small alley with some enemies on the other side. The chets with the weapon will be to your left as soon as you exit the alley.

Porevit Chain. (ONLY AFTER DEFEATING THE BOSS IN THE LUXEMBOURG REGION).From the vestal in the docks area, just after the "Unstable Statuary" boss, go back through the building where you fought the boss and exit through the door you used to enter this building for th first time. Once outside go left and smash through the wall with the ability you get at the end of the "luxembourg" region. Now enter the door straight in front of you. Now head left and up 2 sets of stairs where you can then go through a door on the left. Continue through the building on the only path possible until you grapple up through a hole in the roof. As soon as you grapple, turn around to find the chest containing the weapon.

Lady Macbeth Fans. (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "THE LANTERNS OF THE DEAD" SIDE QUEST). From the vestal in the docks area, just after the "Unstable Statuary" boss, go straight (keeping the building where you fought the boss to your left) until you can enter the building. Once inside you will enter a small room where a dog will attack you. In this same room you will have a door to your left that you will only be able to open with the key that you get when you start the "The Lanterns Of The Dead" side quest. Inside you will find the chests with the weapon in it.

Thousand-cut Claws. (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "NICOLAS FLAMEL'S FINAL JOURNEY" SIDE QUEST). The easiest way to find the weapon is to just use the compass and follow the side quest marker until the end where you will find the chest in the workshop. If you have already done the quest or do not have a compass, you can get there by going to the entrance of the Louvre garden area and looking for a grappling point on a balcony. From this balcony jump across to another building that you can go through. Then once you are through to the balcony on the other side of the building, drop down to the area below. Here look for a hole you can jump down. Go through the sewer area and look for a hole above you that you can grapple through. You should now be outside the workshop where the chest is found (remember you will not be able to enter unless you have advanced the side quest up to the point where it tells you to come here).

La Cité

Hephaeston Batons. From the "Unstable Butcher" boss arena. Jump up the platforms and enter the window to find the weapon in a chest.

Volley Mallet. Just after the "The Bishop Of The Cité" boss fight, grapple up to the big building behind the boss arena to find the weapon in the chest.

1789 Royal Musket. (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "SLEEPLESS" SIDE QUEST OBTAINED FROM JULIEN AT THE CORDELIERS CONVENT IN LUXEMBOURG). From the start, go left to go through the market area. Once out the other side, go left (this gate will only be ope during/after the "Sleepless" side quest). Now continue on this path to get to the Hôtel De Massiac. Grapple up to the balcony and then enter through the window to find the chest containing the weapon inside.

Discobolus Wheel. (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "GLORY AND DISHONOUR" SIDE QUEST). From the Grand Chatelet vestal, jump down to the riverbank and destroy the wall to enter the sewer area. Go through the sewersuntil you get to the secret headquarters, it's the destination down here but if you are having trouble finding it, just use the compass to see the side quest marker. Once you reach the headquarters, the chest will be against the wall on the left.

Luxembourg

Foil And Dagger. You will eventually get to an area where you traverse a load of ruins. After jumping over some rooftops you will everntually come to a courtyard with some enemies around a small statue in the middle. The chest is in this courtyard in plain sight (if you have opened a gate that is a shortcut to a previous area of the ruins, then you have gone a little too far).

Montmartre

Charleville Bayonet. Right next to the vestal in the "The Depth" area.

The Bastille

Shield Claws. After traversing the "Marais Rooftops" section you will go through a building and then drop down to the streets again. Here go right and up some little stairs. Here break down the wall, then continue to the end of this path to find the weapon in a chest.

Boreas Wheel. Once inside the Bastille you will eventually go up some spiral stairs (on the main path), in the hall at the top, look for a small room on the right with the locked chest inside (you get the key from the enemy in this same hall).

Requiem Mallet. (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING/AFTER THE "GUNPOWDER TRAIL" SIDE QUEST). If you are following the "Gunpowder Trail" side quest, you will eventually have to go down the hole to the underground section in the garden (you also use this hole to advance on the main path the first time you go through this area). Here you will now be able to open the locked gate and access the room with the chest (if you are having trouble finding it, just use the compass for the side quest marker to guide you).

Versailles

Labrys And Francisca. Found in the chest right in front of the building where you talk to the queen in "Petit Trianon".

Boutique Weapons

There are weapons that you can buy from the boutique (the more you advance through the story the more weapons become available). These are: Saint Elmo Batons, Bulwark Chain, Franklin Clawa, La Pérouse Wheel, Frosted Fans, Body Of Work, Gribeauval Halberd, Armoured Fans & Glass core Batons.
