The Tower's Core avatar frame can be found at the very top of the tower of fantasy in the center of the Aesperia region. You will need the suppressor at ver 4.5 to not get damaged by the radiation in the area. The climb is long, so to make things easier you can use the infinite stamina trick (drop off with “CTRL” then double jump and then “W” to go forwards and grab the wall again). You can also find platforms on the way up if you need to rest! 👀
Close to the top you will need to use the jetpack to reach the outer platforms, but nothing too complicated. Once you reach the very top you will see a gold pot with the avatar frame inside! 🔓
