Finding the hidden room in Moore's apartment (scene 2) can be done from the start of the mission.
You don't have to find the clue but if you are interested it can be found in the kitchen on a sticky note with call ‘PURA VIDA’ on it.
Now go upstairs and go to the far right end and enter the door on the left to the main bedroom. Now go in to the bathroom and use the phone on the mirror, enter 78728432 (or PURAVIDA) and press dial to open the a secret passage in the dresser leading to the hidden room where you can find Jason Moore!
