Eyeball #1: Next to the little bridge where the lake is in the first area.
Eyeball #2: Behind the building next to a wooden door. You will need 3 Kusemon to break the stone lamps first.
Eyeball #3: Use the small step to the left of the main entrance of the building, then go around the left side of the building using the path that runs up against the building to get to the eye at the end of an outside hall.
Eyeball #4: As soon as you enter the building, go left and open the door (requires a silver kusemon in your team). Then open the door that has Kahami's photo on it to find the eyeball (you will need Kagami in your team).
Eyeball #5: In the room after the True Master battle.
