To get the "Quiz King" trophy / achievement you will have to answer every question in Amame's Somnium quiz correctly.
In the first room you will have to answer a few questions that are part of a quiz.
The first 3 questions are part of a scavenger quiz.
The correct answers are:
1st "question": Examine the table with the 9 on it.
2nd "question": Examine the table with the 5 on it (the music playing in the background is "Symphony No.5" by Beethoven).
3rd "question": Examine the G next to the robot (the music is "Air on G String" by Bach).
The next 3 questions you will have to spell out the answer manually.
Here are the answers.
✅ 1st question: FREEMANSONS
✅ 2nd question: CHUPACABRA
✅ 3rd question: SUBLIMINAL
In the next area you will have to examine the objects / people that are different in the room than through the mirrors.
Here are the things you have to examine:
👀 Blue figure slit in half.
👀 Kuzuna's corpse
👀 The Magazines on the floor.
👀 Mizuki's corpse.
You will then go back to the main quiz room. From here on you can answer whatever you want (it will all be correct), so you will get the "Quiz King" trophy / achievement after the scene after the quiz!
