In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl you have the option to make Pokémon forget moves as well as remember old ones you may have forgotten! To do this you will want to talk to 2 different NPCs, here are the locations…
Move Deleter: The first NPC can be found in the blue house just above the Poke Shop in Canalave City and has no extra requirements, just talk to him to forget any move!
Move Tutor: The move tutor can be found in the house close to the lake in the right part of Pastoria City, unlike the move deleter you will need heart scales to remember old moves, you can find these by digging in the Grand Underground or by catching Luvdiscs by fishing outside the Pokemon League with the super rod!
