First you will have to examine the label on Henry's locker that can be found by going to the clinic area (area to the left of the big central elevator) and going through the door at the end.
Now go back to the main clinic room and go through the other door to find Herny to ask for the locker pass. He will give it to you if you select the "Presence" option.
Now go back to the locker and enter the code "1492" to open it.
